RULES     2011

• All exhibits must be the work of the Exhibitor.
• Exhibits are to be staged either between 4pm and 7pm on Friday or 8am to 10.30am on the morning of the show.
• All exhibits must be removed between 4pm and 5pm on the day of the show during which time prize money will be paid.
• Labels must be collected on arrival and attached to exhibits by exhibitors
• Exhibitors must provide their own plates, vases etc. for classes
• No person except the authorised personnel will be allowed in the Marquee during the judging of exhibits
• Entries limited to one entry per person in each class.
• Entry Fees – 40 per entry. – Children’s entries free.
• Prizes -  1^st  2^nd   3^rd. Unless otherwise stated no prize will be awarded unless entries pronounced of sufficient merit.
• Management can‘t be held responsible for loss or damage to any exhibit and/or container
• The decision of the Judges will be final.
• Scoring for trophies                            1^st – 3 points        2^nd – 2 points        3^rd – 1 point
• The submitting of an entry by an exhibitor will be regarded as an acknowledgement and an agreement to the foregoing rules.
